The large, open turf area shown here is surrounded by landscaped planters and shaded by greenery, creating a comfortable, secure environment for dogs to run and socialize. Set within the community’s courtyard, it’s a welcoming extension of home that gives pets the same access to outdoor living that residents enjoy.

Overall, Alchemy boasts approximately 4.3 acres of outdoor communal areas that have been carefully designed to bring nature into the urban environment. Landscape amenities include Waller Park, a community garden, and multiple courtyards embedded throughout the site.

Pet-Friendly Living

Alchemy welcomes your dogs and cats to Hayes Valley / Lower Haight. We allow up to two pets per apartment. Pet rent is $50 per month per pet. Please contact the apartment leasing office for a complete list of weight and breed requirements.
